Curating Home
Intentional.
Evolving.
Reflecting Your Story.
Whether its your first apartment, a place to raise a family, the newly empty nest or your personal retreat, every space you inhabit provides an opportunity to create a home.
Homes created with intention are spaces that reflect the story of its inhabitants, from the art on the walls, to the depth of the couch to the inherited silverware. Pieces, photos and curios collected over time, reflect shared experiences and add personality and history to a space.
The homes I find myself drawn to are not perfect, they are lived in spaces that evolve based on the needs of the people that live there. The designs and features of a well loved home with toddlers are vastly different then the home creating space for a family member to age in place.
Home is a place where craftsmanship and legacy are perfectly balanced with comfort and whimsy. My vision is guiding you to discover what you love and assist you in curating a space that reflects it.
Vanessa’s 1920’s bungalow was featured in the May 2024 issue of Baltimore Magazine.
“I was raised to be curious, to ask questions, and to explore, and I was intentional about raising my son the same way. Our home is filled with things that enable curiosity while also being a comfortable hideaway, a place to rest when the world is too much.”
