Coaching is a personalized, one-on-one process, not a formula. It begins where you are, creating space for reflection, curiosity, and honest conversation. Together, we clarify your goals, explore new perspectives, and create a path that allows you to move with intention toward the work and impact you want to create.

Coaching is a one-year commitment designed to support meaningful and lasting growth. We meet either bi-weekly or monthly, creating a consistent space for reflection, conversation, and forward movement.
Sessions take place virtually, with communication available between meetings via email, phone, or text when needed.
Coaching works best when you are open to the process—setting aside the time and energy to reflect, experiment, and do the work necessary to move toward your goals.

Featured Client
Through a multi-year initiative funded by the Texas Workforce Commission, in partnership with Civitas Strategies and Child Care Associates, Vanessa provided one on one business coaching to child care owners & directors. The curriculum focused on strengthening business sustainability, maximizing available resources, building internal capacity and meeting community needs. The program was evaluated by Rice University in May 2024 in a report titled Pathway to Progress: Understaning the Impact of the Texas Child Care Business Coaching Program.
At the completion of that project, Vanessa was invited to partner with Child Care Associates, one of the largest child development nonprofits in Texas. Vanessa provides monthly webinars to child care owners and directors on avaialble resources to enhance their operations.
